The May Firm Injury Scholarship 2026-2027: The Firm That Provide Students with Assistance in Obtaining a Higher Education

The May Firm Injury Scholarship 2026-2027: The May Firm is offering a Bi-Annual Scholarship in the Amount Of $1,000

Access to quality education is essential for personal and professional growth, yet the rising cost of college continues to create financial challenges for many students. Recognizing this reality, The May Firm is committed to supporting students who are striving to achieve their academic goals despite these obstacles.

The inspiration behind this initiative comes from Robert May, the founding attorney of The May Firm. As the first member of his family to attend college, he understands the determination and resilience required to pursue higher education. His journey began with an undergraduate degree at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, followed by law school—an experience that shaped his appreciation for educational opportunities and the challenges students face today.

To give back and help ease the financial burden, The May Firm offers a bi-annual scholarship valued at $1,000. This scholarship is available to students currently enrolled in either a community college or a four-year college or university, making it accessible to a wide range of applicants.

Students interested in applying should take note of the two annual deadlines: September 15 and January 15. Submitting your application on time is essential to be considered for this opportunity.

A key component of the application is the essay, which invites students to share a personal story. Applicants are asked to reflect on a traumatic experience in their lives and explain how they were able to overcome it. This prompt is designed to highlight resilience, growth, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges—qualities that are valuable both in education and beyond.

This scholarship not only provides financial support but also celebrates perseverance and personal strength.
